Overview
Grand Marais, MN Zoning Ordinance § 19.19 (Building and Use Permits) requires a building permit (land use permit) to be issued for construction of a new structure, or an alteration of a structure's exterior dimension. Interior construction is permitted without a permit, provided the work will not affect the exterior dimension of the building or change the existing use and occupancy of it.
